How Ordering Works
From your logo to your doorstep, in six steps
Mendo Midnight Creations is a custom decorator in Santa Rosa, California. We do not hold stock. Every order is made for you, which is why the process below exists — it keeps your price honest and your delivery date real.
1 · Pick your garments
Browse the catalogue and note the styles, colours and sizes you want. Prices shown are for the blank garment. Decoration is quoted separately, because a one-colour left chest and a full-colour front-and-back are not the same job.
2 · Tell us about the decoration
Use Get a Quote and send us your logo — a phone photo is fine. Tell us roughly how many pieces you need. We'll come back with a firm price per piece, all in.
If you'd rather move immediately, pay the Design Deposit and we start on your artwork the same day.
3 · Artwork and mockup — 2 business days
We turn your logo into a production-ready embroidery or DTF file and send you a digital mockup on the garment you chose. The file is yours to keep, whether or not you order.
What the Design Deposit costs, and when it comes back

Deposit tiers: $50 standard left chest or cap front · $75 full front or full back · $150 logo built from scratch.
4 · You approve, we quote, you pay
Once you approve the mockup we send a single invoice covering garments, decoration and any setup still owed. Quantity pricing is automatic: 12+ −5% · 24+ −10% · 50+ −15% · 100+ −20%.
5 · Production
We order your blanks, then print or embroider them in-house in Santa Rosa. Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days from approved artwork and payment. Rush work is often possible — ask.
6 · Delivery
- Free pickup at 710 W 8th St, Santa Rosa. We email you the moment your order is ready.
- $9.95 flat rate shipping anywhere in the United States.
- Free shipping on orders over $250 — which most decorated orders are.
Reorders are easy
Your artwork file stays on record. A repeat run needs no deposit and no setup — just tell us the styles, colours and counts.
