Mendo Midnight Creations Returns Policy

At Mendo Midnight Creations, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please review our strict returns policy below:

  1. Returns Window: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests for returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.
  2. Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt/order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Without this, we cannot process your return.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Sale items
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Gift cards
  5. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Return Authorization: Prior to returning any items, you must contact our customer service team at Mendomidnightcreations@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns sent without a RAN will not be processed.
  7. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 35% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
  8. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
